Our Menu

Everything on our menu is freshly prepared, with all of our award winning American BBQ style meat smoked in house. Our specialty smoked wagyu beef cuts are brisket, pastrami, short ribs and beef cheeks. We also smoke our own chicken and halloumi cheese. Our salads are made fresh daily, using only the best produce.

There are no words to describe our smoked pastrami. House cured for three weeks in a salt brine before being fresh smoked by our expert chef, it is a flavour event that is not to be missed.

Oh, and ask anyone, it’s our mouth drooling meaty Smokey Moo jus that truly sets us apart.
